
Digital Performance Analyst, Energy Digital Platforms

- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital performance data for energy products and services, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital platforms, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Utilize tools and techniques such as A/B testing, user testing, and data visualization to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, making recommendations for new tools, technologies, and strategies.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to inform business decisions.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of digital performance data.
- Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Digital Performance Analysis, Preferably In The Energy Or Automotive Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Google Analytics Or Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge Of Web Development Technologies And Understanding Of Website Performance Optimization Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
