- Provide technical support for all desktop and laptop devices used by employees at Tesla.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, software, or network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Ensure all devices are up-to-date with the latest software and security patches.
- Collaborate with the IT Operations team to develop and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory of hardware and software, including procurement and distribution to employees.
- Train and educate employees on proper use of technology and troubleshoot any user issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical support requests and resolutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of devices to identify and address any potential issues.
- Stay informed of current and emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain a strong customer service focus and ensure all IT services meet the needs and expectations of employees.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices, for data security and protection.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Technical Expertise In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware, Software, And Network Issues On Desktop Computers, Laptops, And Mobile Devices.
Proficiency In Managing And Maintaining Windows And Mac Operating Systems, As Well As Knowledge Of Common Productivity Software Such As Microsoft Office.
Experience In Setting Up And Configuring Network Infrastructure, Including Routers, Switches, And Firewalls.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
