Job Description

Effectively collaborate with cross-functional Engineers and Suppliers, from data requirement gathering, to data processing and modeling. Verify inspection standards and ensure data format adherence to set requirements. Acquire raw metrology internal/supplier data and troubleshoot for issues compromising data integrity and Tesla standards. Process data outputs generated from various CMM software. Create visualized reports from manufacturing vehicle data used to gain statistical insights regarding failures and drive meaningful improvements to production quality. Work alongside metrology inspectors, quality engineers monitoring and responding to any significant trend shifts noted in measurement data

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and interpret Geometric Tolerancing and Dimensioning (GD&T).

  • Comfortable in a high intensity factory-based environment

  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques
