Job Description

Tesla is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Program Operations Specialist to join our team! In this exciting role, you will manage customer program operations, develop and implement processes and policies, and ensure compliance to company standards.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy developing processes, and have the drive and ambition to succeed, then this is the job for you!We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer program operations or a related field, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel functions is a plus.
