Corporate Counsel, US Immigration

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, US Immigration to join the Tesla team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US immigration law, as well as a passion for helping us further our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. In this role, you will work closely with the General Counsel, Human Resources and other internal stakeholders to ensure we are compliant with US immigration laws and regulations.The successful candidate will have a J.D. degree, a minimum of four years of immigration experience, and an in-depth understanding of both non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes. In addition, you should have a strong knowledge of corporate immigration policies, procedures and best practices. An ability to think strategically and be detail-oriented is essential. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about immigration law, can take initiative and make decisions independently, and understands the importance of professionalism.
