- Design and develop control systems for our production processes that meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production control and implement solutions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to control systems and equipment in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for control systems and processes.

- Participate in the commissioning and validation of new production equipment and processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering: A Controls Engineer At Tesla Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Either Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering To Understand The Complex Systems And Processes Involved In Production Control.
Experience In Industrial Automation: Experience With Automation Systems, Such As Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs) And Human-Machine Interfaces (Hmis), Is A Crucial Qualification For A Production Control Role At Tesla. This Will Enable The Engineer To Troubleshoot Issues And Optimize Production Processes Effectively.
Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes: A Controls Engineer At Tesla Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Such As Assembly Lines, Machining, And Welding, To Develop And Implement Effective Production Control Strategies.
