
Construction Project Manager, Instrumentation & Controls

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects related to instrumentation and controls at Tesla.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical experts to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation and controls technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Implement and maintain project management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
- Communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation, such as contracts, permits, and licenses, are in order and up to date.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in instrumentation and controls technology.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize project outcomes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Construction Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Instrumentation And Control Systems, Including Experience With Plcs, Scada Systems, And Industrial Automation.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Construction Projects, From Planning And Budgeting To Execution And Completion.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Teams, Contractors, And Vendors.
