Job Description

As a Compliance Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our compliance processes, as well as providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong understanding of compliance principles and experience in a similar role.   1. Maintain and improve compliance processes: Develop and implement procedures and systems to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, regularly review and update processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  2. Monitor compliance: Regularly review and assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations, identify potential areas of risk and take action to mitigate them.
  3. Provide guidance and support: Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters, provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
  4. Conduct trainings: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies and procedures, and ensure understanding and adherence to compliance standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date on regulations: Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company, and ensure that policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
  6. Conduct audits: Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with laws and regulations, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  8. Investigate and resolve compliance issues: Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including conducting root cause analysis, developing corrective action plans, and implementing solutions to prevent future non-compliance.
  9. Maintain records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance activities, including documentation of policies, procedures, and trainings.
  10. Support external audits and inspections: Coordinate and support external audits and inspections related to compliance, and ensure timely and accurate responses to any findings or requests for information.
  11. Stay informed on industry trends: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Uphold company values: Represent and uphold the values and mission of Tesla in all compliance-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Regulations And Standards: A Compliance Support Specialist At Tesla Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Environmental, Safety, And Quality Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 14001, Ohsas 18001, And Iso 9001.

  • Experience In Compliance Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment. They Should Be Well-Versed In Compliance Auditing, Risk Assessment, And Corrective Action Processes.

  • Attention To Detail: Compliance Is A Critical Aspect Of Tesla's Business Operations, And The Compliance Support Specialist Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure All Processes And Procedures Are Followed Correctly And Accurately.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Compliance Support Specialist Will Interact With Various Departments And Employees At Tesla, So Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements And Procedures To Different Levels Of The Organization.
