- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering to continually improve Tesla's systems.
- Work closely with sustainability and environmental teams to ensure Tesla's electrical systems align with our commitment to renewable energy.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on commissioning processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of commissioning activities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of electrical systems into overall projects.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commissioning Of Electrical Systems, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Systems And Components, Including Power Distribution, Control Systems, And Motors.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Codes Such As Nec, Nfpa, And Ansi.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
