The Commercial Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of Tesla’s commercial energy products.The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills. He or she must be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess a positive attitude, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for a candidate who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is able to quickly adapt to changing conditions.The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, such as commercial solar installation, electrician, or HVAC installation. The candidate should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as well as a working knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
