  1. Develop and implement repair processes and procedures for Tesla vehicles, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct research and stay updated on new technologies and materials for collision repair.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues related to collision repair.
  4. Train and educate Tesla service technicians and authorized repair partners on new repair techniques and procedures.
  5. Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving the repair process and reducing repair times.
  6. Monitor and track the performance of collision repair facilities and provide support and guidance as needed.
  7. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.
  8. Conduct quality control checks on repaired vehicles to ensure they meet Tesla's standards.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including insurance companies and regulatory agencies.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve Tesla's collision repair processes.
  11. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and insights on potential design improvements for future models.
  12. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the collision repair process.
  13. Represent Tesla at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative approach to collision repair.
  14. Assist in the development of training materials and resources for collision repair technicians.
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to collision repair processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Collision Repair And Automotive Bodywork, Preferably With A Focus On Electric Vehicles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Tesla Vehicle Models And Their Unique Repair Processes, Including Experience With Aluminum And Composite Materials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Team Of Technicians, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Collision Repair, Including Safety Protocols And Environmental Compliance.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Repair Procedures, Troubleshoot Complex Issues, And Continuously Improve Processes For Maximum Efficiency And Quality.
