- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations in the collision repair process.
- Represent Tesla at industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative approach to collision repair.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for collision repair technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to collision repair processes and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Collision Repair And Automotive Bodywork, Preferably With A Focus On Electric Vehicles.
Strong Knowledge Of Tesla Vehicle Models And Their Unique Repair Processes, Including Experience With Aluminum And Composite Materials.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Team Of Technicians, Engineers, And Other Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Collision Repair, Including Safety Protocols And Environmental Compliance.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Efficient Repair Procedures, Troubleshoot Complex Issues, And Continuously Improve Processes For Maximum Efficiency And Quality.
