- Represent Tesla's Auto Liability division in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Train and mentor new Claims Adjusters as needed.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to auto liability claims.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the Auto Liability division.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In A Relevant Field Provides A Solid Foundation For Understanding The Complexities Of Auto Liability Claims And The Financial Implications For Both The Company And The Claimant.
Prior Experience In Insurance Claims Adjusting: Tesla May Require Candidates To Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Auto Liability Claims Adjusting, Preferably With A Focus On Electric Vehicles. This Experience Will Ensure The Candidate Has A Thorough Understanding Of The Claims Process And Industry Standards.
