  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues or production problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

  6. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  7. Adhere to strict quality control standards and ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on production status and any issues that arise.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on chemical processing procedures and safety protocols.
  10. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth by staying up-to-date on industry developments and participating in training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field
