  1. Research and Develop Charging & Power Conversion Systems: Design, test, and optimize charging and power conversion systems for Tesla electric vehicles, based on the latest technology and advancements in renewable energy.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other engineers, designers, and product teams to integrate charging and power systems into Tesla vehicles, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  3. Conduct Testing and Analysis: Perform rigorous testing and analysis of charging and power systems to identify potential issues, troubleshoot problems, and make necessary improvements.
  4. Keep Up with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the electric vehicle industry, specifically in charging and power systems, to ensure Tesla remains at the forefront of innovation.
  5. Ensure Quality and Reliability: Implement quality control measures and conduct thorough reliability tests to ensure the highest level of safety and performance in Tesla vehicles.
  6. Identify and Resolve Technical Issues: Use your expertise to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise with charging and power systems, working closely with the engineering team to find efficient solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Power Electronics Design And Integration.

  • Proficient In Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Spice, Plecs, And Matlab.

  • Strong Understanding Of Charging Standards And Protocols, Such As Chademo And Ccs.

  • Experience With High Voltage Systems And Safety Standards, Such As Ul And Iso.
