Channel Planning Manager, Supply Chain

Tesla is looking for a Channel Planning Manager, Supply Chain to lead our channel planning efforts in North America.As a member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel planning strategy and processes that enable Tesla to deliver the highest level of customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the planning and optimization of inventory across a variety of channels and partner with other stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product to customers.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized and analytical, with experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, and optimization. You should have a demonstrated track record of successfully driving supply chain strategies and initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Tesla's mission.Required qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, and optimization• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
