  1. Develop CAD designs for battery technology used in Tesla electric vehicles.
  2. Collaborate with the Cell Cathode Engineering team to understand project requirements and create design solutions.
  3. Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed 3D models and drawings.
  4. Ensure all designs meet Tesla's standards for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of CAD designs to identify and resolve any potential issues.

  10. Continuously improve and optimize CAD design processes and procedures.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and track design changes.
  12. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  13. Attend team meetings and provide valuable insights and suggestions.
  14. Mentor and train junior CAD designers as needed.
  15. Represent Tesla's commitment to sustainability and innovation through high-quality CAD designs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Cad Design, Specifically In Cell Cathode Engineering.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Solidworks, Autocad, Or Catia.

  • Strong Understanding Of Battery Technology And Experience With Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Design.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
