  1. Design and develop automation systems for battery cell manufacturing facilities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems for efficiency and productivity.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Create and maintain documentation for automation systems, including specifications, schematics, and manuals.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of automation systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
  7. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components and equipment for automation systems.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers on automation systems and processes.
  9. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while designing and implementing automation systems.
  10. Contribute to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives through automation.
  11. Communicate project progress and any potential issues to stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Support and drive continuous improvement efforts in the battery cell manufacturing process.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and contractors as needed to execute automation projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working With Automation Controls In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Battery Cell Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Plc Programming And Hmi Development.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Automation Systems For Process Improvement And Optimization.

  • Knowledge Of Battery Cell Production Processes And Equipment, Including Cell Formation, Testing, And Assembly.
