1. Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing associates in the areas of sustainable energy and advanced automotive technology.
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Assess training needs and create customized programs to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
