Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Packaging Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Strong Understanding Of Packaging Materials, Design Principles, And Cost Optimization Strategies
Prior Experience Managing A Team Of Packaging Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment
