Job Description

At Tesla, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Associate Manager, EHS Technical & Mobile Equipment Training. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a passion for teaching and creating a safe and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive EHS Technical & Mobile Equipment Training programs. They will be expected to design, deliver and evaluate existing and new training materials, as well as establishing, maintaining and evaluating metrics for ongoing program effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date with EHS legislative requirements and industry best practices. The successful candidate should also have the ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders throughout the organization.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. In addition, the successful candidate must have a working knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, and experience developing safety training programs. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
