Job Description

Produce top-notch technical content for our users, including Database Administrators, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and developers, guiding them through our solutions seamlessly. Content formats include web-based user guides, getting started guides, programming references, use cases and examples, in-product help, and more. Leverage your content management expertise to ensure our content is created, published, and maintained efficiently. Gain empathy for your audience, learn to understand the tools and environment they are in, and work hands-on with our products. Advocate for the end user and collaborate closely with product management, UX, engineering, support, and other content-producing organizations. Contribute to evolving our best practices, identify opportunities to improve our content, and make our processes more efficient. As needed, manage cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • At least eight years of relevant experience.

  • Working experience of content development for enterprise level products, including at least 3 years of project or other leadership responsibilities

  • Ability to grasp advanced technical concepts at solution-level as well as technical details.

  • Experience using DITA XML and a content management system (CCMS)
