  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive business growth and expand our market reach.
  2. Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen our partner ecosystem.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner development strategies.
  4. Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  5. Identify and leverage market trends and opportunities to drive partner engagement.
  6. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform partner development strategies.
  7. Act as a strategic advisor to partners, providing insights and recommendations for success.
  8. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations and training to partners to effectively communicate our solutions and value proposition.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to inform partner development strategies.
  11. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner efforts with overall business objectives.
  12. Ensure all partner activities align with company policies and values.
  13. Represent Teradata at industry events and conferences to promote our partner program.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their partner development skills.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve partner development processes and procedures.
  16. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partner solutions.
  17. Maintain a deep understanding of Teradata's products and services to effectively promote them to partners.
  18. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Teradata's mission and values to partners and the wider market.
