  1. Provide exceptional customer service to our global clients using Teradata applications.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs.
  3. Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the appropriate teams within Teradata.
  4. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Teradata applications to provide informed support and guidance to customers.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to customer experience.
  11. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use Teradata applications.
  12. Take ownership of escalated issues and work towards their resolution while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  13. Represent Teradata in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Teradata and promote our solutions and services to potential customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Teradata Technologies: A Global Teradata Application Customer Experience Consultant Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Teradata's Products, Services, And Solutions, Including Teradata Database, Teradata Cloud, And Teradata Analytics Platform.

  • Experience In Customer-Facing Roles: This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, As The Consultant Will Be Working Directly With Customers To Understand Their Needs, Provide Solutions, And Address Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Proven Experience In Global Project Management: Due To The Global Nature Of This Role, The Consultant Must Have Experience In Managing Projects Across Different Countries And Time Zones, And Have The Ability To Adapt To Different Cultural And Business Practices.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Consultant, It Is Essential To Be Able To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Provide Actionable Insights To Customers. The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Business Problems Is Also Crucial.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends And Best Practices In The Data Analytics Industry, As Well As Have A Good Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape. This Will Enable Them To Provide Valuable Advice And Guidance To Customers And Help Them Stay Ahead Of The Curve.
