Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Management Or Related Role.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Segmentation, And Customer Satisfaction Measurement.
Experience Developing And Implementing Customer Experience Strategies And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.
