  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
  2. Ensure client satisfaction with Teradata's products and services by consistently delivering high-quality and timely solutions.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and recommendations on data and analytics best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  6. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide them with customized solutions.
  7. Continuously monitor and track client satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to address any areas of improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand clients' business needs and challenges.
  9. Create and maintain detailed client profiles and records to ensure all interactions and agreements are accurately documented.
  10. Represent Teradata in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Analytics And The Ability To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Teradata's Products And Services To Clients.
