1. Accurately record and maintain patient data related to cancer diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes according to established guidelines and standards.

11. Participate in training and educational programs to maintain and improve knowledge and skills related to cancer registry.
12. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to cancer data collection, documentation, and reporting.
13. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members and assist in their training and development.
14. Serve as a liaison between the healthcare facility and external agencies regarding cancer data reporting.
15. Actively participate in the facility's quality improvement initiatives related to cancer care and patient outcomes.
