- Support and contribute to cancer research efforts through accurate and complete data reporting.
- Attend training and educational sessions to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.
- Work closely with other members of the cancer registrar team to ensure consistent and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of cancer cases and related documentation.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the healthcare team.
Certified Tumor Registrar (Ctr) Credential From The National Cancer Registrars Association (Ncra).
Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Cancer Registry Operations, Including Data Collection, Coding, And Abstracting.
Proficient In Cancer Registry Software And Electronic Medical Record Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology, As Well As Icd-10 And Cpt Coding Systems.
