  1. Provide exceptional technical support to healthcare facilities across the country.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  3. Communicate effectively with healthcare facility staff to understand and address their technology needs.
  4. Stay updated on the latest technology and systems to ensure facilities are equipped with the best tools.
  5. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and find solutions.
  8. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
