You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in identifying and resolving potential issues before they become major problems.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical systems. A strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is required, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.   1. Monitor and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems in the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with building equipment and systems.
  4. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to identify potential issues and create solutions.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as equipment inventory and usage.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules.
  7. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  8. Communicate effectively with management and other departments to report any issues or concerns and provide updates on maintenance tasks.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in building technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff by responding promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and inquiries.
  11. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
  13. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on procedures and best practices for maintaining building systems.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required by the company.
  15. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Hold A Valid Stationary Engineer License Or Certification.

  • Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Mechanical Systems.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
