Staff Pharmacist

Our ideal candidate should have a passion for providing excellent pharmaceutical care and be committed to ongoing professional development.The successful Staff Pharmacist at Tenet Healthcare will be responsible for the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications, as well as providing pharmaceutical services to patients and staff. They will serve as a resource for patient and staff questions, and provide drug information when needed. The Staff Pharmacist will also participate in the clinical pharmacy program and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.The ideal candidate should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school and be licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of employment. A minimum of two years of pharmacy experience is required, preferably in a hospital setting. The Staff Pharmacist should have knowledge of aseptic technique and be proficient in Sterile Compounding. In addition to the above qualifications, we seek a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
