  1. Conduct audits and reviews of clinical practices, procedures, and documentation in accordance with established standards and regulations.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare facility leaders and staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Monitor and track quality improvement metrics and outcomes.
  5. Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and progress to leadership and staff.
  6. Train and educate staff on best practices and regulatory requirements.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance and provide support and guidance.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Serve as a resource and mentor for other nurses and staff members.
  10. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Senior Nurse Clinical Auditor At Tenet Healthcare Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practice, Which Is Essential For Conducting Clinical Audits.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting.
