- Process and analyze tissue samples accurately and efficiently to support the Anatomic Pathology department.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all laboratory processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate sample processing and reporting.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during processing.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior lab assistants.
- Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in Anatomic Pathology.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance laboratory processes and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Anatomic Pathology department manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Biology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In An Anatomic Pathology Laboratory.
Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures, Equipment, And Safety Protocols.
Strong Understanding Of Anatomical Terminology And Proficiency In Identifying And Handling Human Tissue Specimens.
Ability To Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks, Work Independently, And Maintain Attention To Detail.
