We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior HR Business Consultant to join Tenet Healthcare's Human Resources team. In this role, you will be a key partner to the business, providing insight and expertise on a wide range of HR initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies and implement best practices, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment. You must have 10+ years of experience in HR, with a background in the healthcare industry preferred. You must also have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
