Provide hands-on support to patients in rehabilitation programs under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Assist with patient exercises and activities as prescribed by therapists.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any concerns to therapists.
Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
Attend training and educational sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during their recovery journey.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
Continuously evaluate and improve rehabilitation techniques and processes.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the healthcare facility.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Rehab Technician In A Physical Therapy Setting.
Certified Rehabilitation Technician (Crt) Or Certified Physical Therapy Aide (Cpta) Credential.
Knowledge Of Relevant Physical Therapy Techniques And Equipment, Including Therapeutic Exercises And Modalities.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physical Therapists And Other Healthcare Professionals To Develop And Implement Treatment Plans For Patients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate Care To Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds.
