Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and exercises
Monitor and record patients' progress during therapy sessions
Set up and maintain equipment and treatment areas
Educate patients on exercises and home care plans
Communicate with patients and their families to provide emotional support and answer questions
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
Participate in regular training and development to stay updated on best practices and new techniques
Uphold the values and mission of Tenet Healthcare in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications

Certification Or Degree In Physical Therapy: A Rehab Technician At Tenet Healthcare Should Have Completed A Certification Or Degree Program In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution. This Qualification Ensures That The Candidate Has A Solid Understanding Of The Principles And Techniques Of Physical Therapy.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Rehabilitation Center, Is A Valuable Qualification For A Rehab Technician At Tenet Healthcare.
