  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the recovery room setting.
  2. Monitor and assess patients' post-operative condition and vital signs.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and follow-up instructions.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.

  8. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address any patient needs or concerns.
  9. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Where Tenet Healthcare Is Offering The Job. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Qualified And Authorized To Practice Nursing In That State.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Required For This Position. This Degree Provides A Comprehensive Education In Nursing, Including Clinical Experience And Advanced Nursing Concepts.

  • Acls Certification: As A Registered Nurse In The Recovery Room, The Candidate Must Hold A Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification. This Certification Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Respond To And Manage Cardiac Emergencies.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Recovery Room: Tenet Healthcare Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Recovery Room Setting For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Post-Operative Care And Recovery Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Position At Tenet Healthcare Must Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Assess And Manage Patients In The Recovery Room. This Is Essential For Providing Safe And Effective Care To Patients In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
