  1. Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
  2. Monitor and assess patient condition, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  3. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly and accurately respond to changes in patient condition and intervene as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  5. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide education and support.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient care environment.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
  9. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and ensuring their needs are met.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and provide comprehensive care for patients.
  11. Act with compassion and empathy towards patients and their families during difficult and stressful situations.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  13. Promote a positive and supportive work environment by fostering teamwork and effective communication.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Bls And Acls Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Icu Setting

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
