- Provide compassionate and skilled care to expectant mothers and their babies.
- Utilize expertise in high risk obstetrics to assess, monitor, and manage patients.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on prenatal and postpartum care, including breastfeeding and newborn care.
- Manage and administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor for and respond to any potential complications during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Registered Nurse In High Risk Ob At Tenet Healthcare Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Helps In Developing Critical Thinking Skills And Understanding The Complexities Of Healthcare.
Valid Rn License: A Valid Registered Nurse License Is A Must For This Job. The Candidate Should Have Passed The Nclex-Rn Examination And Should Hold A Current, Active, And Unrestricted License To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Specialized Certification: Tenet Healthcare Prefers Candidates With Specialized Certifications In High Risk Obstetrics Such As Rnc-Ob, C-Efm, Or Ncc. These Certifications Demonstrate The Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Required To Provide Care To High-Risk Pregnant Women And Their Newborns.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Tenet Healthcare Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In High Risk Ob. This Experience Helps In Developing The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Handle Complex And High-Risk Pregnancies Effectively.
