- Provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease through hemodialysis treatments.
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall health during hemodialysis treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Adhere to established infection control and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in hemodialysis nursing.

Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Valid And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Hemodialysis Experience: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Hemodialysis Unit, Preferably In An Acute Care Setting.
Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Team Members.
Knowledge Of Dialysis Equipment And Procedures: The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Dialysis Equipment, Procedures, And Protocols, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Respond To Emergency Situations.
