Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Active Registered Nurse License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Required For This Position.

  • Case Management Experience: Previous Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines: A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Including Medicare And Medicaid, Is Necessary To Ensure Compliance And Quality Care For Patients.
