Valid Rn License: A Registered Nurse Case Manager At Tenet Healthcare Must Hold A Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Educational And Competency Requirements To Provide High-Quality Patient Care.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Tenet Healthcare Typically Requires Candidates For The Registered Nurse Case Manager Position To Hold A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree. This Advanced Education Provides Nurses With A Strong Foundation In Clinical Skills, Critical Thinking, And Leadership, All Of Which Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Case Management Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
