Coordinate and oversee the delivery of nursing care to patients, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality and compassionate care.
Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure effective patient care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring they meet the unique needs of each patient.
Serve as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff, providing support and guidance in clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
Monitor and assess patient progress, identifying any changes in condition and taking appropriate action to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to patient safety and quality of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support to help them understand and manage their health conditions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher Preferred.
Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, With At Least 1 Year In A Charge Nurse Or Leadership Role.
Demonstrated Leadership And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Delegate Tasks To A Team Of Nurses.
Strong Knowledge Of Nursing Protocols And Procedures, As Well As A Commitment To Upholding High Standards Of Patient Care And Safety.
