Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Referral Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and a passion for patient care. As a Referral Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patient referrals are completed in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. A knowledge of medical terminology and experience with referral processes is also beneficial. You should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. The ability to effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare providers is essential.
