  1. Develop and implement radiation safety policies and procedures across all facilities.
  2. Collaborate with the Radiation Safety Director to ensure compliance with all regulations and best practices.

  5. Act as a leader and role model for the radiation safety team.

  11. Investigate and report any incidents or accidents related to radiation safety.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and facilities to promote a culture of safety.
  13. Participate in relevant committees and meetings to contribute to the overall safety and well-being of patients and staff.
  14. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance radiation safety practices.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations regarding radiation safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Health Physics, Radiation Safety, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Radiation Safety Role

  • Certified Health Physicist (Chp) Or Certified Radiation Safety Officer (Crso) Designation

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Radiation Safety, Including Nrc, Epa, And Osha Requirements

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Of Radiation Safety Professionals
