Welcome to Tenet Healthcare's Texas Urogynecology & Laser Surgery Center! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the Texas Urogynecology & Laser Surgery Center, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Manage the center's budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and revenue, and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase patient satisfaction and retention.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff, ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of equipment and supplies.
  7. Oversee the scheduling of appointments, surgeries, and other procedures, ensuring that the center operates at maximum capacity.
  8. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state healthcare regulations.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the center's operations.
  10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on the center's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  12. Act as a liaison between the center and patients, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare management, implementing changes as necessary to improve the center's operations.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to the center's operations.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Management Role Within A Medical Practice Or Healthcare Organization.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records Systems And Other Healthcare Technology.
