Oversee daily operations of the Texas Urogynecology & Laser Surgery Center, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and supervise a team of medical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall functioning of the practice.
Monitor and manage finances, including budgeting, billing, and insurance claims.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Handle patient inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Implement and maintain electronic health record systems and other technology to improve patient care and streamline operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including insurance companies, vendors, and referring physicians.
Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement strategies for practice growth and improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Collaborate with other Practice Managers within the Tenet Healthcare network to share best practices and resources.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Urogynecology Or Surgical Center Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Osha.
Excellent Organizational And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Staff In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
