As the Practice Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our center. Your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in managing a team of medical professionals and providing exceptional patient care. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Texas Urogynecology & Laser Surgery Center.
Lead and supervise a team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the center.
Monitor and manage the center's budget and expenses, ensuring financial sustainability.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
Recruit, hire, and train new staff as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.
Handle patient complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in urogynecology and laser surgery.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures within the center.
Prepare reports and presentations for upper management.
Promote the center and its services to the community.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Surgical Or Urogynecology Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding Procedures, As Well As Experience With Insurance Claims And Reimbursement.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Familiarity With Texas State Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Healthcare Facilities.
