  1. Oversee the daily operations of the Texas Urogynecology & Laser Surgery Center to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the practice.
  2. Manage and supervise all administrative and clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care and improve overall patient experience.
  5. Monitor and manage the center's budget, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial stability.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, appointments, and other relevant data.
  7. Implement strategies to increase patient volume and improve patient satisfaction.
  8. Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working condition.
  9. Stay informed about advancements and changes in the healthcare industry to continually improve the center's services.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professionalism.
  11. Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  12. Serve as a liaison between the center and external partners, such as insurance companies and vendors.
  13. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and address any issues.
  14. Stay updated on and ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the center.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Management Position, Preferably In A Urogynecology Or Surgical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Revenue Cycle Management.
