Dispense and distribute medications accurately and efficiently to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Maintain proper inventory levels of medications and supplies, and assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
Prepare and label medications according to established procedures and guidelines.
Verify patient information, prescription details, and insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of medications.
Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure proper medication administration and address any questions or concerns.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Utilize computer systems and software to accurately enter and retrieve patient and medication information.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry developments and changes in medication therapies and regulations through ongoing education and training opportunities.
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and service.
Demonstrate a commitment to the values and mission of Tenet Healthcare, including providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervising pharmacist or management.

Job Qualifications
