  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for providing high-quality behavioral health services to patients.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of behavioral health services, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated and coordinated care for patients.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the behavioral health programs to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  6. Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  8. Serve as a role model and mentor for staff, promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to enhance patient care and support.
  10. Participate in organizational meetings and committees to provide input and guidance on behavioral health services.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in behavioral healthcare and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional manner and build positive relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
  13. Ensure that patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  14. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues related to behavioral health services.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and patient feedback.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Behavioral Health Regulations And Accreditation Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Patient Populations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Behavioral Health Programs And Initiatives, With A Focus On Patient-Centered Care.
